Introduction

This is a phone sales position working from home. You will call employers posting commission sales jobs nationally. You can also contact individual reps on linked in and other social media platforms. You earn a commission on each enrolled rep every month so earnings can steadily increase.

Sales Process
1. Search Indeed.com and other relevant job boards for companies recruiting commission sales reps.
2. Search Linkedin or Google for a decision maker name (CEO, VP Sales, Sales Manager, HR, Recruiter).
3. Call and do a brief introduction to our sales training programs (advanced sales for reps or building teams for the company).
4. Encourage a visit our site.
5. Follow-up call to verify site visit.
6. Answer any questions and ask to register their reps.
7. You get credit if they enter you name in the “Who referred you?” field of the Application form.
8. You can sell anywhere without limits with no restrictive territory assignments.

Qualifications
Front-line dialing experience advantageous.
A clear, strong voice that is easily understood.
Personable and strong desire to help.

Pay Plan
Commission-only contract remote position.
25% of revenue for each enrolled rep ($25 for Advanced Sales at $99.95 per month).

Potential Earnings
Indeed routinely lists over 100,000 companies posting for sales. This is truly a numbers game so a high-volume approach works best. Earn $1,000 every month for every 40 enrolled reps. Companies hiring commission reps could register many reps at a time.
