Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between Freedom Sales Training, a division of Sales Team 1, LLC. (Company) at 1621 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001 and Sales Rep (Rep) or Employer.

Service Description.

Advanced Sales: Comprehensive sales training for individual reps from beginner to expert level. Delivery is via a proprietary online sales training library including videos, animations, ebooks and audios. Optional are live weekly group training calls (video or conference call) where questions can be presented, role-play to master methods and coaching to achieve desired success. Individual coaching may be offered on request for additional fees.

Building Teams: Initial team set-up and strategy consultation to implement creation of commission-only teams. Not offered for salary teams. Subsequent monthly live call with owners and mangers to develop and refine strategies and guide recruiting efforts.

Term. Monthly renewed until canceled.

Fees:

Advanced Sales: $99.95 per month for Complete Guide to Sales online access and Weekly Training calls (live or recorded). $24.95 per month Complete Guide to Sales online access only.

Building Teams: $995 one-time initially for strategy design and consultation and Complete Guide to Building Sales Teams online access. $249.95 per month for continued Guide access and Monthly Live Tactical training and consulting calls.

Payment Methods. Credit card only.

Payments Due. Monthly on Registration date by recurring credit card debits. Declined payments will pause access.

Guarantee. Advanced Sales: Refunds for first month’s fee on request for any reason if within 7 days of initial access. No refunds in subsequent months. Building Teams: No refunds are offered.

Acceptance. Advanced Sales: Reps must meet reasonable standards to be accepted. Personal phone interview required. If rejected all fees paid in advance will be refunded. Building Teams: Employer wants to build or convert to teams with commission-only independent contractor reps. Training is not suitable or advised for W2 salary reps.

Termination. Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement with cause (no fee refunds) or without cause (with fee refunds) upon written (emailed) notice. Cause includes disruption of calls or providing logins to others.

Confidentiality. All information provided to the other that is not public or commonly available will be kept confidential. Sales library access is restricted to one login and is tracked by IP address and other means.

Use. Use is granted only with an active paid account using the provided login. Copying, storing or distributing content in any form is prohibited and protected by copyright.

Indemnification. Company is indemnified and held harmless for any aspect of services provided that are beyond its control and makes no explicit claims for outcomes including sales or team performance. Also pertains to legal liabilities when using commission-only independent contractor reps and Employer is advised to seek legal counsel to ensure compliance with and regulations or laws in any jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property. Company retains all rights and sole ownership of all published or otherwise communicated content.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of and in the Jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.

Subject to Change. Terms may be changed but will not apply retroactively.

Disputes. Resolution will be by mediation (unless mutually waived) and then binding arbitration both using impartial services selected by Company, accepted by both parties and with the party initiating any action paying all fees. Rep or Employer agrees not to dispute credit card charges or other payments until and unless all mediation and arbitration processes are finalized and further not to post negative reviews on or offline and to abide by decisions made during dispute resolution.
